During Veterans Day week, the Richard Nixon Foundation honored those who have served in the military with two annual events. On Saturday, the famed Huntington Beach Concert Band delivered a spectacular presentation of patriotism.
On Veterans Day, a commemoration service and wreath-laying ceremony was held at the memorial sites of President and Mrs. Nixon, where cadets from the Troy High School Naval JROTC presented the colors.
Two veterans, Master Sergeant Catherine Barrett and Command Sergeant Major Ron Cabrera, shared their experiences serving in the military and how they continue to support fellow veterans.
